I liked this place. I'm not real big on fast food chains (I'm not sure how big of a chain this is), but I enjoyed this. I got two sliders. They were both interesting and good. But it was the onion rings that I really enjoyed. I love onion rings, but the onion ring experience can be really chancy. This were big, oniony, crispy, and the portion was good. I'd go back just for the rings! I'd also go back to try some of the other sliders. This is an interesting variation of the focused quick casual restaurant. Oh, and the outside seating is kind of nice (except that there's not much to see except Hwy 114!
The food was eh. I tried quite a few of their sliders to be sure but at the end of the day they were a bit over priced at $5 for a slider. The place was packed so people do enjoy coming to the place. For me they had unique sliders definitely a place you try once and then realize that it's just eh. The PB and j slider please give it a try I mean you're already there so might as well. Then the classic double because they sliders so might as well go big. As for the Nashville hot do not worry about avoiding this because you think it might be spicy. The Nashville hot was as spicy as lukewarm water they might as well call it a chicken tender slider. Nashville would be disappointed with this one, you can't even call this a spicy chicken sandwich, I almost want to go out on a limb and say you can't call it a seasoned chicken slider.
The place is clean, well run and the food is pretty good. I had two sliders, the burn ends and the comeback chicken. I also had a side of waffle fries. The food came out fairly quick. Got free refills on my unsweet tea. I'll be back especially since this is walking distance from my home.
First time at our local Son of a Butcher. Great concept, good food, good service. We had the Nashville Hot Chicken, Wagyu Burnt Ends, and the Cowboy. The great news is that these sliders are ample size and three were plenty for a grown man. The flavors were good, and the side dishes of sweet potato fries and onion rings were really really good. The singular disappointment was that the burnt end slider, which was supposed to be topped with beef brisket burnt end, was instead topped with gristle and fat. We’ll be back, and try other sliders. It’s also a great spot for take out, as plenty of people were leaving with slides of burgers.
Nice cashier. Great food and shake. I got the American slider, the popper slider, and the Cowboy slider. All were so good. I also got the Thai Chili Brussel Sprouts, which were the best part of the meal, in my opinion. And let's not forget the cookie dough shake! Absolutely delicious!
Place for pups on the patio, which I love.
My first experience was awesome. The food is warm and perfect cook of the meat. Then i tried ordering drive through, the classic almost does not have that mayo pink sauce. The presentation is better in dine-in. I like burn ends and classic. Chiken not so much
First time here. I loved it. The sliders are so good. You choose medium rare, medium or well done. Sides and drinks are separated. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Vegetarian burger.
Took the family on a whim and this place knocked it out of the park. My son and wife asked for another round. Super simple concept, GREAT beef, good waffle fries, and huge onion rings. Fast service, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere. Loved the outdoor patio, but the weather was nice today, so hot days may be tougher. My daughter had the red velvet shake with cake bits, sprinkles, chocolate chips, and whipped cream... She was smitten, I've never seen her down a shake like that. My favorite is the Irishman, my wife's is the PB&J, and the kids are classics all the way. Cheers to another great place to stop in and eat.
